During this brief holding period, orders remain adjustable. Once the 4-hour window closes, the system automatically releases the order into production, and no further modifications can be made.

Changes Allowed Within 4 Hours

Within the 4-hour window, customers may request:

• Size changes
• Color or style updates
• Corrections to custom text or personalization details
• Replacement of uploaded images or design files
• Quantity or product adjustments
• Full order cancellation
• Shipping address updates

Why This Timeframe Is Firm

Once the holding period ends, production preparation begins immediately. This includes:

• Reviewing artwork or personalization details
• Preparing printing or production instructions
• Allocating materials, sizes, and inventory
• Scheduling the order into the production queue

After this stage starts, any changes may cause production delays, operational issues, or material waste. For this reason, the 4-hour policy is applied consistently to all customers.

How to Request a Change or Cancellation (Within 4 Hours)

If you need to make an adjustment, acting quickly is essential. Email is the fastest and most reliable method for urgent requests.

Requests received after the 4-hour window will be declined, as the order will already be in production.

Once the 4-hour window expires, the order becomes final. Shirtary is unable to accept requests for:

• File replacements
• Order cancellations
• Shipping address changes

This policy ensures fast fulfillment and fair treatment for all customers.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout, including:

• Street name and house number
• Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)
• City, state, and ZIP code
• Accurate spelling
• Address validity with major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL)

Even minor errors may result in delivery delays or failed shipments.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
