Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shirtary. We aim to make every step of the shipping process simple, transparent, and easy to understand. This policy explains how your order moves from checkout to delivery, including processing timelines, shipping methods, and what you can expect along the way.

A. Order Processing

All orders are subject to a standard processing period of 2–5 business days. During this time, we verify order details, confirm payment, and prepare items to ensure they meet our quality standards before shipment.

Processing includes quality inspection, order preparation, secure packaging, shipping label creation, and a final accuracy check. Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 7:00 PM (EST) are counted as the next business day. Orders submitted on Sundays or holidays will begin processing on the following business day to maintain consistent handling and quality control.

B. Extended Processing for Special Orders

Customized or personalized products—such as those including names, artwork, text, or custom designs—require an additional 1–3 business days for processing. This allows adequate time for design review, production, and quality verification.

Bulk or wholesale orders of 50 units or more may require 7–10 business days, depending on inventory availability, production volume, and order complexity.

Same-day processing is available only for non-custom orders placed before 7:00 PM (EST).

C. Shipping Carriers

Once processing is complete, orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL (for select regions). The carrier is chosen based on destination, package size, weight, and the most efficient delivery route available.

D. Shipping Fees

All domestic orders are shipped using a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD. This flat rate helps support secure packaging, careful handling, and dependable delivery services.

We prioritize clarity and transparency—there are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

E. Estimated Delivery Time

After shipment, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and overall shipping volume.

Orders to rural or remote areas may take slightly longer. Carrier delays caused by weather conditions, seasonal demand, or operational issues may also impact delivery times.

During peak shopping periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, or major promotions, processing and delivery timelines may be extended. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend placing purchases 2–3 weeks in advance.

F. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Shirtary does not ship to the following locations:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and American Samoa)
• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

These limitations are due to carrier and logistical constraints. We continue working toward expanding our shipping coverage.

G. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS, based on the contact information provided at checkout.

Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours after the carrier receives the package. During high-volume periods, tracking updates may appear with a slight delay. We recommend checking your tracking link regularly for the most up-to-date information.

H. Holidays & Peak Seasons

National holidays, major sales events, and extreme weather conditions can result in increased carrier volume and delivery delays.

To avoid potential disruptions, we strongly encourage placing holiday and event-related orders as early as possible.
